We offer a 7-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

🧥 Clothing Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Be sure to check the size chart before placing your order.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

💍 Jewelry Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry is only returnable if damaged.

A clear unboxing video showing the damage is required for approval.

📦 Return Shipping Policy

If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us with photos/videos. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For size issues, change of mind, or if you simply do not like the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide a prepaid return label for these returns.

Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions.

🚫 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
