✅ Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Be sure to check the size chart before placing your order.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry is only returnable if damaged.

A clear unboxing video showing the damage is required for approval.

If your order included free shipping or you're returning part of your order, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you are returning your entire order and you paid for shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions.

🚫 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
